About
Why do blogs and websites have to have an about page. For the most part I think it’s about the ego. Everyone thinks everyone else wants to know about them. Well why should you care about DMGSouth?
Here is why
First I care about you and want to make your life better.
We are about making more money
I know how to make you more money. Whether you are the business owner, the manager or the employee. I have been making people more money for more than 20 years.
I am Dee Gardner and the founder of DMGSouth. I have been successful leader most of life. I have been a very successful manager for over 15 years. I am successful because I can fix problems and motivate employees. With these skills I have increased profits and raised employee wages and productivity. I enjoy learning new things every day. This passion has helped him identify and adopt emerging technologies that help manage risk and design disruptive innovative solutions that fix problems.
And here’s some random stuff about me.
I was a Boy Scout and earned my Eagle scout as a boy.
I was captain of the water polo and swim team in High School. Because of this I am fast in the water. Still at 40years old weighing in at about 260lbs I am faster in the water than about 99.99% of the worlds population.
After high school I served a Mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In Micronesia. I learned the language of Chuuk island grouping about 700 South East of Guam. I also spent some time on Guam and Palau.
After my mission I came home and went to school to study business. I met a beautiful girl at school and married her. Everyday I realize I am the luckiest guy in the world. We have three great children.
After finishing my Associates I started working for Unibase Technologies. They were acquired by Affiliated Computer services(ACS) in about 1998. Then ACS was aquired by Xerox in 2009.
I worked for ACS(Unibase) for about 10 years. I made them a lot of money, I helped everyone who worked for me make more money. I got most of bosses raises and promoted ACS paid me well. But I could do more and work harder than ACS had work for me to do. And like many Americans I wanted to pursue the freedom of the American dream so I headed out on my own.
I learned how to work hard from my father, high school sports, and in the Boys Scouts.
Learning to work hard has served me well, both at ACS and in my own personal pursuits. To this day I have not found anyone that can outwork me. I have found some that are faster, and some that are smarter. But like the turtle I can out last them all. In the end I intend to win the prize.
It would be great to join you in your adventure and learn how I can help you.
All the best.
For example. I returned to College in 2006 at the age of 37 to obtain my bachelors. I was able to finish all my requirements for my bachelors in 3 semesters. I was taking at least 22 credits a semester and one semester I took 27. I completed 32 classes I recieved 29 A’s, 2 B+’s and 1 B-. I taught several night classes, held a part time job, participated in Delta Epsilon Chi and consulted 2 companies on pay-for-performance strategies. I Placed 1st in the Utah state competition and 10th at the international competition for Delta Epsilon Chi.
