I am Dee Gardner and the founder of DMGSouth. I have been successful leader most of life. I have been a very successful manager for over 20 years. First; of all my success starts with one simple principle I know how to listen. Listening is the most powerful tool in motivating employees and in turn increasing profits. Second, I know how to plan for success. Third, and final, I know how to execute on the plan.
