Step 1 The Assessment -
If your organization has more than 25 straight hourly or strait salary employees we can talk. If you have less than 25 employees or If you already have some sort of pay for performance (bonus) structure in place we need to take a hard look at the situation.
I must have full access to your financials and people for one month.
At the end of one month I will take the information gathered and spend two weeks creating a plan. The plan will include steps by step strategy on how to setup a pay for performance system in your organization. The report plan will also detail the extra profit your company will be making with the pay for performance strategy.
$25,000 to for the months assesment.
$25,000 upon delivery of the plan.
Step 2 – implementation
You can do the implementation yourself.
To have me help with the implementation will be
$50,000 a month.
Most implementations take two months.
