Companies should figure this out, because when the economy turns around and it will turn around. \u00a0Companies that have treated their employees poorly will be left in the badlands.<\/p>\n

There are ways right now companies can compensate their employees fairly. \u00a0But most don’t know the secret; And, sadly, most don’t care.<\/p>\n

pay-for-performance is the secret.<\/p>\n
